Optional services:

• Free internet. The villas are equipped with wireless internet.

• The staff will be happy to do your daily shopping. Just provide them with the money needed, you will get the shopping bills afterwards. The staff will charge a small fee (Rp. 20.000) for the transport costs.

The cost of life are very low in this part of Bali, e.g. for Rp. 150.000 - 200.000 you already have dinner for four people.

• We are happy to arrange your transfer from the airport in Denpasar to the villa vice versa. The transfer costs with a luxury private car amount Rp. 500.000 (± € 40). You can pay the driver upon arrival at the villa. Of course we can also pick you up from other places in Bali, should you already have arrived in Bali.

• If you need any transport during your stay, e.g. to make a daytrip, to go shopping or to go to dinner at downtown Lovina in the evening, then you can also arrange this with our drivers. The phone numbers of the drivers can be found in the information map at the villa

Payment conditions

A payment of 40% of the rent price has to be done within 14 days after confirmation.
The remaining amount (60%) plus a deposit of € 150 has to be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the check-in date.

For reservations made within 6 weeks before the check-in date the total rent price plus the deposit have to be paid immediately after confirmation. The deposit will be returned within 14 days after the check-out date.

Payments are non-refundable. We advise you to arrange a cancellation- and travel insurance.

The inventory will be checked by the staff upon arrival and departure. We kindly ask you, to avoid misunderstandings to check the inventory yourself too. In case of any damage or loss the costs will be deducted from the deposit.

You will find an information map in the villa. In it you will find all important phone numbers (like of the helpdesk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, phone numbers of restaurants and the bakery of Lovina, menu suggestions, information about the surroundings and daytrips.
